Challenge #28 for THE SUGAR BOWL is a fab sketch by Marlene and Please include is LACE.
I have used 2 of the lovely Sugar Nellie Manga Kids on my card coloured them with various shades of Promarkers,The design papers are Joanna Sheens and gems and Ribbon from my stash.I have made the bow with the Bow easy.Not sure the make of the sentiment tag stamp.
